The Gym is located in the Gatehouse at the front of the property. It’s fully equipped with treadmill, rowing machine, two TRX suspension trainers, ViPRs and weights.
As a guest at The Barn you’re welcome to use the gym as often as you wish. Whether you’re new to exercise or a seasoned gym user, we can cater for all fitness levels. Come and work out on your own or with friends, bring your own music and take advantage of all the equipment on offer or book a personal training session and take away a fitness plan to continue at home. We can organise yoga, pilates or TRX tuition for individuals or for groups of up to 4.
